Some amenities need attention. the TV in the room malfunctioned and maintenance did not resolve it. Housekeeping was inconsistent, refreshing the room late, making it inconvenient if you'd already returned for the day. Tea supplies were lacking, with only one sachet provided, leading to multiple requests for more, which was bothersome. The location felt rather isolated with few shops or restaurants nearby, making it a challenge to find quick dining options without venturing far.

The beautiful room offered stunning views, making my stay feel special. breakfast could be improved as the seating arrangement was disorganized, resulting in long waits. it's a good choice for a couple seeking comfort and great dining options nearby.

Rooms feel cramped and storage space is severely lacking!!! The shower area design is quite awkward and the overall decor could use a fresh update!!! Couldn't get hot water on demand at times!!!

I enjoyed the location of the hotel, so close to major attractions like Westminster and the Tate Britain. The Queen Room felt cozy and clean, which made settling in easy. Staff were genuinely helpful, especially at check-in. They even went out of their way to help when I lost my car keys during my stay. Breakfast offered a nice variety, which was a plus. However, the room lighting in the shower area was quite poor, making it challenging to see. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. it felt a bit small for two, like a full rather than a queen. Also, the iron and coffee machine needed a thorough cleaning. both had limescale buildup that was off-putting. Overall, there were some great touches, but a few updates could enhance the experience significantly.

The hotel's location made it so easy to enjoy leisurely strolls to attractions like the Coca-Cola London Eye and beautiful St James's Park, which are both less than 2 km away. as a single traveler, a clean and spacious room with lovely views was just what I needed to recharge after a day out exploring the city.

The room was beautifully designed, but the check-in experience was frustratingly slow.

The friendly staff provided a warm welcome, setting a positive tone for the stay. The spacious room offered a lovely river view, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. Breakfast was varied, with fresh eggs cooked to order, making for a delightful start to the day. the room layout could be improved, as the restroom's proximity to the bed can disrupt sleep if someone needs to use it at night. a pleasant experience with great amenities.

I had a great experience during my stay, especially enjoying the lovely rooftop garden and the cozy lounge area for relaxing after a long day. The gym was a nice touch with stunning views, and I felt right at home in my Queen Room. A bit of an annoyance was the fire alarm that went off at night, but overall, it was a delightful trip! 😊

missingWrote a review on 16 Augample spaceimpressive viewsconvenient supermarketawkward layout
The Premium Corner Queen Room offers impressive views and ample space for relaxation. A convenient supermarket nearby helps stock up on snacks or essentials without much hassle.
The layout of the bathroom is awkward, with a sink in the hallway that feels inconvenient, especially when shared with the toilet and shower separated into different areas. The breakfast is monotonous and lacking in variety. if you're staying for more than a couple of days, you're bound to tire of the limited options. the nearest tube stations are about a 15-minute walk away, which can become a drag when the weather doesn't cooperate or if you’re lugging heavy bags. Lastly, some minor maintenance issues need addressing—like mold in the shower area and old plumbing that could use a refresh.

missingWrote a review on 15 Augexcellent breakfastgreat locationfriendly staffpoor check-in experience
The hotel was in a fantastic spot for exploring the famous shopping districts of Soho and Leicester Square. Our Premium Queen Room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was amazing, especially the freshly baked pastries. Plus, we even got some cookies that were a lovely surprise!
In my wife’s opinion, checking in was frustrating due to long waits for our room. For families, it would be great to have more options for early check-in.
